1. Who we are
Valizka is a small product that helps people plan trips with the help of AI. We treat data carefully and collect only what genuinely helps us improve the service.
2. What data we may receive
- basic technical information (device type, browser, interface language);
- aggregated data on how the product is used (which screens are opened and how often);
- the content of your requests to the AI and draft itineraries, if you save them.
We don’t aim to de-anonymise users and we don’t use the collected data for sale to third parties.
3. Cookies and analytics
Valizka may use cookies and the browser’s local storage to:
- remember your preferences and recent planning sessions;
- collect anonymised statistics on how the interface is used.
You can turn off cookies in your browser settings, but some features of the service may not work correctly.
4. How we store data
Data is stored on cloud providers’ infrastructure using standard security tools (encrypted connections, access control). We aim to store only the minimum amount of data needed and to delete what is no longer needed.
