In case of any discrepancy between this translation and the Ukrainian version, the Ukrainian version prevails.
1. General provisions
These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the Valizka product. By using the service, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms.
2. Non-commercial use
At this stage, Valizka is intended for personal use and for experimenting with trip planning. Any use as part of commercial services or for reselling access is allowed only with our written consent.
3. Liability and warranties
We try to make Valizka as reliable as possible, but the service is provided “as is”. We don’t guarantee the absolute accuracy of recommendations, itineraries and offers, or uninterrupted operation.
You are responsible for checking that information about flights, prices, visa requirements and other critical travel details is up to date.
4. User content
Everything you enter into Valizka (trip descriptions, notes, preferences) remains your content. You confirm that you have the rights to this content and do not infringe the rights of third parties.
5. Prohibited use
You may not use Valizka for:
- creating or distributing spam and malicious material;
- breaking the laws of your jurisdiction or the rights of other people;
- attempts to hack, bypass restrictions or interfere with the operation of the service.
6. Changes to the terms
We may update the Terms of Use as the product develops. By continuing to use the service after an update, you agree to the new version of the terms.
