Public Offer (Terms of Service)
Agreement for the provision of Valizka services
Version of 30 September 2026
1. General provisions
1.1. This document is a public offer, within the meaning of Articles 633 and 641 of the Civil Code of Ukraine, by the individual entrepreneur Nikita Serhiiovych Karetnikov (the "Provider") to enter into an agreement for the provision of the Valizka service (the "Service").
1.2. The offer is accepted by registering in the Service or by paying for any service. From the moment of acceptance, the agreement is deemed concluded in electronic form in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Electronic Commerce".
1.3. The Service is available at valizka.com and in the Valizka mobile applications.
2. Subject of the agreement
2.1. The Provider gives the User access to the Service for travel planning: building itineraries using artificial intelligence models, selecting transport and accommodation options from third parties, reference information on entry requirements, and processing booking requests.
2.2. The Provider is not a carrier, hotel or tour operator and does not create tour packages. Search and booking services are provided under NACE code 79.90; the User purchases tickets, accommodation and other services from the suppliers on their terms.
2.3. The Service does not make bookings automatically. A booking request is a request from the User that is processed by a member of the Provider's staff. A booking is considered made only after a separate confirmation with details from the supplier.
3. Prices and payment
3.1. After registration, the User may plan one trip free of charge. Each subsequent trip is paid separately with a Trip Pass costing UAH 149. A Trip Pass is valid for one trip and includes unlimited changes to its plan, the advanced AI planner and the ability to submit a booking request. Current prices are shown on the pricing page and the payment page.
3.2. Payment is made by bank card, Apple Pay or Google Pay through the WayForPay payment service. The Provider does not receive or store full payment card details.
3.3. A Trip Pass is a one-time payment. There are no automatic recurring charges.
3.4. Prices are stated in Ukrainian hryvnias. If your card is in another currency, the conversion is made by your bank. The Provider is a single-tax payer and is not registered for VAT.
3.5. After payment, the User receives an electronic receipt (fiscal receipt) by email.
4. Rights and obligations of the parties
4.1. The Provider undertakes to keep the Service running, to process requests within a reasonable time and to protect personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
4.2. The User undertakes to provide accurate information, not to use the Service for unlawful purposes and to check suppliers' terms before purchasing.
4.3. The Provider may change the Service's functionality and the terms of this offer by notifying the User at least 14 days in advance. For services already paid for, the terms in effect at the time of payment apply.
5. Informational nature of the data
5.1. Prices, schedules and availability of transport and accommodation come from third parties and may change at any time. Before payment the Service re-checks the offer, but the final price is set by the supplier.
5.2. Itineraries generated by artificial intelligence are recommendations and may contain inaccuracies.
5.3. Information on visas and entry rules is for reference only. The Service shows the date each rule was last checked. Final requirements should be verified with the embassy or official sources of the destination country.
5.4. Information on accessibility for people with reduced mobility and on electric vehicle charging stations is incomplete and not guaranteed.
6. Liability
6.1. The Provider is not liable for the actions of suppliers, flight cancellations or delays, refusal of entry, or price changes by third parties.
6.2. The Provider's total liability is limited to the amount paid by the User for the Service in the last 12 months.
6.3. These limitations do not apply where they conflict with mandatory consumer protection laws.
7. Refunds
7.1. Refund terms are set out in the Refund Policy, which forms an integral part of this agreement.
8. Dispute resolution
8.1. Disputes are resolved through negotiation. Claims are sent to nikita@valizka.com; the response time is 14 days.
8.2. If no agreement is reached, the dispute is resolved under the laws of Ukraine. Consumers in the EU retain the rights granted to them by the laws of their country of residence.
